My manager took me to the Chicken Inn for my last dinner in India. It was an upscale place. We shared family style a couple chicken dishes and goat brain curry. The goat brain was creamy and rich with a very spicy curry. It was an interesting meal to say the least. Hopefully my stomach will be ok.
I am off to pack. I fly out tommorrow night 1:40 am on Friday and arrive Friday afternoon in Minneapolis. It is about an 18 hour flight.
Hopefully I will have a fast recovery from the 11.5 hour jet lag. Then it is back to work on Monday.
